These pages will print optimally when the top, bottom, left, and right page margins are set to 1/2" (approximately 1.3cm). To do this in Internet Explorer select File and then Page Setup, and then set the Margins section as shown here:

The page Orientation should be set for Portrait. Most web pages on this site should fit on one piece of paper, but printer capabilities vary. If you experience any difficulty, try scaling the page images to 90% or lower by changing the scaling in the Graphics section of Printer Properties (the exact location of this tab varies from driver to driver, so it is not pictured here).

Finally, as you print each page, select File and then Print (in Internet Explorer) and then be sure to check off the option box labeled As laid out on screen under Print Frames in the resulting menu, as seen in this screen shot:
